Led by Katie, who brings over a decade of experience in restoration, operations, project management, and insurance coordination, the team specializes in water, fire, flood, and storm damage.
They prioritize fast, professional restoration with clear communication, while supporting insurance partners through accurate documentation, detailed job costing, and efficient claims handling. With strong processes and disciplined oversight, Radiant ensures projects stay on track and expectations are met.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys running races across the country, hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family—while cheering on Mizzou athletics and her hometown Chicago teams, especially the Cubs.

ACAC
American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) is one of the indoor environmental industry’s oldest and most respected professional credentialing bodies. Technicians bearing the ACAC accreditation comply with nationally rigorous standards for such practices as mold remediation.
