PHILIP PATTON,
PRESIDENT
Philip Patton is the co-founder and co-president of Radiant Restoration, bringing a wealth of experience in operations, sales, negotiation, and leadership within the restoration industry. Before launching Radiant, he served as a partner at several other restoration companies, where he gained invaluable insights and developed a vision for a company rooted in exceptional service and long-term relationships—with clients, vendors, insurance partners, and adjusters alike. Philip is passionate about building a strong, values-driven foundation at Radiant—one that fosters a healthy work environment and celebrates the essential role of Radiant's local operational owners, whom he considers the heart of the organization.
Prior to restoration, Philip worked as a commercial insurance agent. This background allows him to serve as a trusted advisor to Radiant’s referral partners, offering a unique understanding of the insurance claims process.
Outside of work, Philip enjoys spending quality time with his wife Amy, their two children, Josh and Mallory, and their dog Knox. He’s also an avid baseball player and an active member of the Nashville River Bandits, a team that competes locally and in tournaments across the country.

IICRC
Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), considered the gold standard of certification in our industry, has formulated health and safety related standards for built environment since 1972. Registered technicians with IICRC accreditation have passed a rigorous certification process.
ACAC
American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) is one of the indoor environmental industry’s oldest and most respected professional credentialing bodies. Technicians bearing the ACAC accreditation comply with nationally rigorous standards for such practices as mold remediation.
RIA
As the oldest and largest nonprofit professional trade association, Restoration Industry Association (RIA) sets best practice standards for the restoration industry, including individual certifications in fire loss, water loss, content loss, environmental risk loss, and more.
